What is the Star Club?

The Stars Club is our free rewards program that lets you earn points on all your merchandise purchases and redeem against any merchandise available on our website.

How do I earn Star Points ?

For every Rupees spent on merchandise at BDesir online you receive one Star Point when you provide or check out with the email address that is registered to your Stars Club account. 

Where can I see my total Star Points?

My Account section of website is where you can view your current Star Points balance, as well as your points activity. To view your Star Points balance online, simply log in to your online account.

What happens to my Star Points when I return items?

Points will be deducted from your total points when merchandise is returned that was originally purchased using your Stars Club account. It is possible for your Star Points to have a negative balance after merchandise is returned.

What happens to my Star Points if part of my order is cancelled?

Star Points are awarded for all merchandise that is purchased. If an item is cancelled from your order, you will not receive Star Points for that item.

Can I return Star Points?

Unfortunately, Star Points may not be returned or exchanged for points or cash, for another product, gift card, or egift certificate.
